The CHILDREN HELPING CHILDREN (CHC) initiative was established in 2001 to disseminate information to schools and educational institutions throughout the United States and other established countries. We seek to assist impoverished children around the world through the generosity of contributors, primarily children sponsoring other children.

Search for a charity and also look at the financial statements of more than 600,000 nonprofit organizations.

 

The National Charities Information Bureau* www.give.org AND Philanthropic Advisory Service of the Better Business Bureau* www.bbb.org
Both these organizations provide detailed research about the major charities. The two groups ”reportedly about to merge” offer a wealth of information and quick references to the nation's largest nonprofit organizations.

 

American Institute of Philanthropy
www.charitywatch.org
This institute provides information and ratings for 500 charities. All nonprofit organizations must supply annual reports, financial
statements and IRS Form 990.
